I’ve received a few tweets about Pat Cassels looking like the grown-up Andy in Toy Story 3. You be the judge.
Amazing Pat Cassels animated GIF from this week’s Bleep Bloop. I’d post it here but it doesn’t seem to animate.
Thank you whoever made this.
Bleep Bloop Game of the Year: Beatles Rock Band
Featuring performances by Onion AV Club music critic Andy Battaglia, Streeter, Sarah, Josh, Dan, Kevin, several of our interns, our president, Bleep Bloop director/editor Creighton DeSimone in his first on-screen Bloop-pearence (that’s him rocking the whammy at :37), some editors, and more!
All Nighter Bleep Bloop: Broken Lizard
Bleep Bloop: New Super Mario Bros Wii
Notes: - We shot for about 45 minutes and got through all of world 1 and found one secret exit. - Next week: Bleep Bloop’s Game of the Year
There will be Bloop.
Bleep Bloop: Tony Hawk Skateboard Controller
NOTES
- You can learn more about Billy’s totally sweet charity at OpenRoadNY.org
- I’ve been excited about this game for a while. To me, the trilogy of Tony Hawks 2-4 is untouchable pure videogame-y goodness and I even enjoyed Project 8. One of my first Tweets back in May was about the announcement of Tony Hawk Ride and how perfect it...

Bleep Bloop: Call of Duty. This is our second episode about Modern Warfare 2, the first was just about the Nightvision Goggles.
Bleep Bloop - Arcade UFO Our final “Save the Arcades!” stop. Thanks again to all the great people we met on our trip, especially the arcade owners.
[Bleep Bloop] is the first glimmer of awesome I have in an otherwise bland week.

Bleep Bloop: DJ Hero
- Caption we didn’t use: “A DJ Hero saved my game last night.” - Like Tony Hawk Ride, we’ve been planning a DJ Hero episode pretty much since it was announced. Bleep Bloop loves unusual videogame hardware (for instance, Rock Band fog machines and yesterday’s nightvision goggles). - Best joke that didn’t make the episode - “I thought...
We got the Call of Duty Prestige Edition which comes with, among other things, actual nightvision goggles. Here’s the unboxing.
For the third installment of our Save the Arcades campaign we visited Game Galaxy in Nashville.
Notes: - The ad for Back to the Future pinball is amazing. - The pizza was from S’barros, and I did eventually eat it. - I did awesome at the Sopranos pinball machine there, eventually earning an extra ball. - Pat alludes to Crime Patrol 2, which happened in Bleep Bloop: War on Drugs.

We played both Wu Tang Shaolin Style and Hannah Montanna The Movie The Game for this week’s Bleep Bloop, though neither made the main episode.
Hannah Montanna’s just not that interesting. We actually played this one when we shot our last sequel, Girly Games Slumber Party II, though it wasn’t interesting enough for that episode either. I’d say it’s pretty unlikely...
Bleep Bloop - Games Starring Musicains II
Notes: - This is more or less the 50th episode of Bleep Bloop. - Way back when we did Games Starring Musicians I we ordered Queen: The Eye, a dystopian PC game that spans 5 CDs and features the music of Queen. I had to import it from the UK so it didn’t get here in time. We’ve had it for a year now and for the life of me I can’t get it...

Our campaign to save the arcades with Stride Gum continues to sunny California. At least we heard it’s sunny, we spent most our time playing arcade games.
